Welcome to pureskinpk.com. This website is operated by Pure Skin (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan ("Pure Skin", "we", "us"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, please order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

Pure Skin sells cosmetic and personal care products. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site — including ingredient explanations and educational content — is provided for general awareness and does not replace advice from a qualified physician or dermatologist.

Always patch test before first use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

3. Product information and images

We work to keep descriptions, ingredient lists and images accurate. Packaging, colour and formulation may change from time to time, and screen colours may differ from the physical product. The ingredient list printed on the product carton takes precedence over the website.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, run promotions or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — where there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, a resale or bulk-purchase attempt, or stock is unavailable. You are not charged for a cancelled order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

6. Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel is handed to you — nothing is charged before that. Cheques, demand drafts and pay orders cannot be accepted by our courier. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders may not carry change.

Our courier does not accept a single parcel valued above Rs 30,000. Larger orders will be split into multiple parcels, each paid for separately on delivery.

If cash is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled. Repeatedly refusing or failing to collect parcels may result in your number or address being blocked from placing future orders, as each refused parcel costs us courier charges in both directions.

Additional payment methods may be introduced later and will appear at checkout when available.

7. Shipping

Orders are delivered across Pakistan by Leopards Courier Services. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.

9. Reviews and submitted content

By posting a review, photo or comment on our site, or tagging us on social media, you grant Pure Skin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce that content in our marketing. You confirm the content is your own and truthful. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or promotional.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Pure Skin name and logo, product names, packaging artwork, photography, illustrations and copy — is the property of Pure Skin (SMC-Private) Limited and protected under Pakistani and international law. You may not reproduce, resell or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Reselling

Our products are sold for personal use and through channels we authorise. Purchasing from this store for the purpose of resale, without our written agreement, is not permitted.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy content in bulk, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Skin's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Islamabad.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you order applies to that order.
